Breakfast options for high cholesterol

2024-03-13 05:49:11
I have high cholesterol. What are some good breakfast options for me? Please give suggestions. But if I eat too little in the morning, like only a fruit or something, then I feel my energy levels are low. So please suggest me good breakfast foods that will make me feel energetic and full, and as well as lower my cholesterol. I'm aware what to eat for lunch and dinner. Just confused on breakfast. I also have low stamina.
