Braces for second time
I had ceramic braces for 20 months and removed in 2019 .4 teeth were extracted before treatment.Also my upper teeth removed gap was not properly closed. I skipped wearing retainers regularly.used to wear it for almost year.then only wear it occasionally
Now my teeth have gaps .including molars and food are stuck in between every teeth .Due to decay all my 4 wisdom teeth removed .And almost every teeth are decaying due to gap and food stuck in between them
Can putting braces again solve my problem .

I suggest you to go for braces again and please please please use the retainers properly as mentioned by your orthodontist.once your braces are removed,i suggest you to wear your retainers for atleast one year(fulltime)followed by another six months(nighttime)you can also consider getting clear aligners if you are on budget..hope this helps
