A blood pressure reading of 90/60 in the morning on an empty stomach can be considered on the lower side, but individual normal ranges can vary. It's important to monitor trends and consider other factors. After eating, blood pressure may typically rise temporarily. If you have concerns, it's advisable to consult with a doctor for personalized advice based on your overall health and medical history.

Your BP is normal. It doesn't need any treatment. Please record your BP again after your breakfast. The further action can be planned according to the reading.
