You may have mentioned about total cholesterol level, slightly elevated.Check your LDL cholesterol as well.You need to follow diet modification, avoiding fatty oily food,start using lots of fruits and vegetables ,lean meat etc.Lifestyle changes like physical activities for atleast 30 mins a day.
