Your thyroid function test results show normal T3 and T4 and raised TSH level indicating subclinical hypothyroidism.Treatment is initiated if you any symptoms related to underactive thyroid and if the TSH level is above 10. If you don't have any symptoms repeat TSH level and free, T4 after 2 months. If TSH remains above 10 you may have to start thyroxine under the supervision of your doctor.
