Age: 24 Height, 5.8 Weight : 85 kg I just checked my fasting blood sugar today after 12 hour of fasting is 105 And after 2 hour of breakfast blood sugar is 130 Does this mean i diebetic

Hi., I can understand your concern Levels are normal, but need to concentrate on regular exercise and walking. Avoid processed foods.
