I hv just been diagnosed 127 fasting blood sugar. Does this need immediate attention . Thanks in advance

A fasting above 126 is considered to be diabetic. However, I would suggest you also do the 2 hr post food blood sugar test and hba1c test. Both will help us decide the furthur course of management.
