From past 3 years my blood pressure is 140 / 90 130/90 128/90 always in this range dialostic remains 90 always.. this is from 3 years i. Am not taking any medications.. i am daignised for Anxiety .. this blood pressure making me souch worried what to do please suggest why dialostic remains 90 always
