Blood Pressure

2025-02-10 06:38:26
I have recently been prescribed Telmisartan 20 for elevated blood pressure. I have also been taking tadalafil (5-10mg) twice or thrice a month for mild erectile dysfunction. Now that I have been prescribed this BP medicine, will I be able to take tadalafil like I used to have been?

See telmisartan is bp reducing medicine and tadalafin is bp increasing medicine. So both at a time can have some interaction .
Next Steps
when you take tadalafin just have bp monitor in morning and evening just to adjust the dose.
Health Tips
If erectile dysfunction is mild then no need to take tadalafin because it has longterm side effects.
