Pain at start of motion + few drops of fresh red blood with stool is commonly due to anal fissure / piles. Keep stools soft, 2-2.5L water + fiber, don't strain. Warm sitz bath 10-15min 2-3x/day helps. If frequent/heavy bleeding or black stools, get in-person exam. You can consult me here in practo, can help you.

Pain at the beginning of passing stool with a small amount of bright-red blood commonly comes from an anal fissure or piles, even if constipation is not obvious. It still needs examination if it continues, recurs or the bleeding is more than a streak, because other causes must be excluded.
Next Steps
Keep stools soft with adequate water and fibre; avoid straining and prolonged toilet sitting. Arrange an in-person review if bleeding persists or you have weight loss, black stools, fever, dizziness or significant pain. You can book a Practo consult or visit Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj for assessment.
