Occult blood in stol needs to be investigated,especially since hemoglobin is also low.please consulr a gastroenterologist fir furtger investigations.endoscopy or colonoscopy may be needed

According to haemoglobin level you are suffering from anemia . As you know that best treatment depend on the correct diagnosis and correct diagnosis depend on the complete history of the patient so please take consultation from a doctor and give complete history of the patient so that correct diagnosis will be make and then best treatment will be start
Next Steps
Reason of Low level of Haemoglobin - Anemia ,   Haemorrhoid , Pile , Gastric  Ulcer etc. take treatment as follow as Tab IMAX -XT 2 time per day for 1 month after food then again check the Haemoglobin level. You should go for some test like Upper GI endoscopy, Proctoscopy to know the reason.
