Hello dear user Things need to be discuss in detail to find out the root cause of your issues. Might be possible that you having any nutrition deficiency.

Take a proper balance diet including all food groups. take half an hour sunlight exposure daily to reach Vit D sufficiently. plenty of water upto 3-4ltrs daily intake is must.
