My 6 year old child always bleeds while brushing and everyday is the same issue.what should be done and how to move further for it what can be the issue.

Bleeding gums is the sign of gum infection because of poor oral hygiene. You also need to check on the  technique of brushing, too much pressure while brushing or is he using very hard brush

does he have any medical problem. what is his brushing routine how he brushes,n for how many minutes if child doesnt have any medical issues then there is fault in his brushing pattern. u need to visit the dentist n accordingly procced furthur whether profession cleaning is required or not
