Hello mam, Bleeding gums may be due to tar tar, inflammation,  for females gum infection may also be due to harmonal changes so please consult a dentist and get a scaling and polishing done .

You need to do a general cleaning for your teeth... After cleaning start using chlorhexidine mouthwash twice and also brush twice.. If you maintain good oral hygiene, you won't have bleeding gums...
