I think better to physically consult a pediatrician if there are repeated bleeding episodes. Since baby is only 11 days old, this is not ideal to let it be. Don't worry as of now. But repeat episodes, don't neglect. Only for the benefit of your kid!

Little bit bleeding is okay. Just keep the area dry, avoid friction with diaper. Can apply neosporin. If bleeding persists for few days or you see a red moist tissue on the umbilicus or if there's bleeding from other sites also, please consult doctor

Good afternoon, 11 days old, with fall of cord is normal, but the issue is if there is redness around the umbilicus or fever. Other than that slight bleeding can happen nothing to worry
Next Steps
1. look for fever or redness around the umbilicus 2. if nothing is there and baby is taking feeds well, nothing to worry about
Health Tips
Make sure the baby is gaining weight
