A detailed history about your habits such as tobacco usage aur history of medication needs to be looked into. There is an area of chronic inflammation around the impacted wisdom tooth on the left side and that can also present with melanosis. Presence or absence of symptoms in that area will also make a difference towards the diagnosis. Roughly speaking, no intervention is required as of now and only observation needs to be done.
