Black spot new tooth base
Last week I saw a black spot near my tooth I am observing it from 3-4 days it is not growing but somewhat changing color black to brown | Is it cavity or anything else because gum near that tooth is also removed so.there might be something stuck due to it | Also tell should I visit dentist or do brush properly

Hello.. The deposits on your teeth is calculus and plaque. Calculus or tartar is a form of hardened dental plaque. It is caused by precipitation of minerals from saliva and gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) in plaque on the teeth.
