I am pure vegetarian.. One of my friend suggest me to eat fish oil capsules.. Can you pls suggest best brand in fish oil capsules

Hi Why you wanna go for fish oil capsules, I guess you wanna cover Omega 3 fats requirements through it. You can also cover the Omega 3 fats through the food directly.
