I am 30 Years, Weight- 60 kg, Height- 157 cm. I want to reduce my belly fat.. But I don't want to loose my weight. I go to gym everyday. What are the things I should eat ??

Hi, Need to take balanced diet including all nutrients. Limit all processed preserved packaged outside food. Cut down on high salt high sugar and high fat items. Need to do specific exercises to reduce belly fat. Be active throughout the day.
