How to loose fat in stomach or belly fat .I trying to do a excise in 20 times sleeping position .but not went belly .is there any solution related food

Good afternoon sir  for loosing belly fat u reqiuird low fat complex carb diet with portion control. For that reson you have to do regular belly fat exercise
