I am guessing your child was dry at night before this ( secondary enuresis).
Could be constipation, excessive water drinking or If your child has had recent stress in his or her life. Rarely, she may have
diabetes or reduced ADH hormone in her bloods.
Options for you:
Reduce fluid intake in the evening, but dont over do this.
Use a sensor alarm that detects wetness and sounds an alarm. Your child then gets up to use the bathroom.
Medicines. Medicines can boost ADH levels or calm bladder muscles.
Therapy (counseling). Working with a therapist can help your child cope with life changes or other stress.
