Back pain problem
For the past 3 yrs I have been suffering from back pain sometimes it get cured automatically. I use to do some excercise related to back at home. Can't this be cured permanently???

Get your physical examination done to rule out is this prblm related to spine . As you said back pain since three years.
Get vit d , vit b12 , calcium level check.
Physiotherpy to get your back and core abdomen muscle strengthening , hip abductor muscle strength and gluteus max muscle strength.

Pain confined to back or it radiates down the lower limbs?

U need to get a physiotherapy session for learning exercises for back and then do it regularly at home.
Only exercise and activity modification can only cure this permanently
