Hello dear
I see you have a chronic low back pain which can be very disabling.
You have also got your mri already , however i am more interested in your symptoms before looking at the mri:
1. How did the pain start? Did you lift any heavy weights at onset or any abrupt forward bending at the onset of pain.?
2. Does the pain go down your leg and heel?
3. Do you feel any tingling or numbness over your legs or feet?
4. Does the pain get worse with forward bending and lifting weight?
5. Does the pain awaken you from sleep after you have slept already?
6. Is the pain worse with sitting for long?
7. Do you have any medical problems and are you taking any treatment for any disease other than back pain?
8. Do you have additional symptoms like hair fall, fatigue, acidity, cramps, weak memory and dizziness on abrupt standing?
9. Lastly i need to see any blood test reports you have done recently and the MRI films.
For the time being i can only say that backpain a person of your age is mostly due to muscle weakness and nutritional deficiencies, however any disc pathology needs to be ruled out.
