Back pain extend side pain (with spasms)

2024-09-06 07:36:11
I have been sleeping on the floor for more than a week (because of cleaning) and hence have been gradually getting this pain. Now I am not able to function routinely as I have continuous spasms in the lower back left which has extended to the side. And the nerves are giving me the spasms and pain. Please help

Spasms can also occur due to lack of adequate water intake. Ensure that you are well hydrated. Avoid sleeping on floor and if need be place a mattress to lie down. Apply hot fomentation to help with the pain and spasms. Check for vitamin b12 levels to rule out any nervous dysfunction.
Next Steps
Take online consultation

The issue is usually a pelvic dysfunction and will resolve with mobilisation. Using ice is a reasonable option with the left sided pelvic pain
