Back pain and cervical spondylsis

Problem started 3 yrs back when i tested vitamin D deimficient...since 3 yrs i m suffering from cervical spondylsis as well as lower back pain and now my leg also start paining sometimes its extreme...i get bit releived when i sleep on hard surface..pls suggest me

Needs clinical examination . Leg pain n back pain could be sciatica. Neck / upper back pain could be postural.
