This may be cause of cervical dysfunction due to more time sitting & mechanical postural issues. Visit some Physiotherapist nearby... you may need Mulligan manual therapy as well as you can do one thing at home like Hot pack on neck & lower back for 15min.
Use backrest while sitting on chair & use good posture. Do some posture correction exercises and stretchings which will help you to get recover well.
If not relived then go for MRI Of spine otherwise you don’t need till now.
Rehydrate your body well. Do walk in between.
