As rightly said when the baby starts his life he should have movement so when the baby is born right after that gums can be massaged with honey along with tongue. Then after that baby gums should be massaged and make the baby train to drink water after every feed. After the tooth erupts  the silicon toothbrush can be used.
Next Steps
when the child is 3 years old then chicco toothpaste can be used till 10 years.
Health Tips
if any cavity is observed then please rush to the dentist.

You can start brushing your child's teeth as soon as first teeth erupt in mouth There are many types of kids brushing tools available you can either use kids toothbrush or use baby finger brush but keep one thing in mind don't apply too much force or pressure instead do it with lighter force and make sure bristles of toothbrush which you are using   are soft so that it wont hurt gums or surrounding soft tissues around tooth Place your brush at 45 angle from tooth surface and move  in upward and downward direction with lighter force for front (incisors, canines) teeth and back and forth direction for posterior teeth(premolars, molars)
