Many ADHD tests found on the internet are not reliable/valid. See a psychiatrist and get a proper evaluation and take it from there in terms of treatment and therapies.

U need to get evaluated by a psychiatrist using standardised tests u need to be assessed for any comorbidities if any baseline investigations need to be done den the psychiatrist will advise you medications and suggest appropriate therapies
