Asymmetrical posture

I am suffering from scapular winging on right side such that my right side is bend downwards as compared to my left side which is clearly visible from back side. Also because of this i feel the backache several times after standing still for three or more hours. Also my left side collar bone and left side chest is projected way outwards as compared to the right side. Please suggest if this can be cured by physiotherapy measures.
