I used to have irregular periods before. But since i got married, everything was normal, periods were cominh regularly. It again become irregular after i took i pill twice in last december Since then my periods r irregular. This month i had date on 2nd october, still it has not appeared (i am not pregnant) My question is will patanjali ashokarishta help me to get my periods on time? For how many months i have to take this?

asokarishta can be taken , it will help you, take it 30 ml twice daily after food for at least six months. hoping that you are not having any other underline medical conditions if not checked, keep in mind that so many conditions including thyroid hormone imbalance , pcos etc may present with irregular periods.

U can take Asokarishta 30ml twice daily with 1 Eve's care cap .Make it confirmed that the pill took has no effect in developing periods irregularities ,if so stop it.At least Three consecutive periods u have to continue the medicine.

U can take it for 6months. But for regular periods u need  proper consultation.there are better option available like vati or tablets
