As I did MRI I have Bulge disk

Dear sir, I have (Bilateral foraminal L3-L4 disc bulge indenting bilateral neural foramen seen. Diffuse posterior and bilateral foraminal L4-L5 & L5-S1 dise bulge indenting thecal sac and bilateral neural foramen contents seen.) problem so it is so painful I have pain in my right lower back and it goes to my calf and toes . Kindly prescribe me some advice and tips and exercises to do

First of all stop bending forward. Try and avoid sitting or standing in one position for long. There are some basic exercises that can help reverse the MRI findings Please consult for detailed treatment instructions

Lie on your stomach with a pillow under your belly (abdomen) for 10-15 mins. Followed by lying down on your belly again for 10 mins. This should ease your pain.
