Whenever i do something i get anxiety like if i play game or watch movie or some situations i get anxiety problems too much . How it can be cure .

Exercise, Find What Works For You : You might be tired of hearing about how great exercise is for your health. But, the reason you hear about it so much is that there's no way around it. Exercise it's good for both your physical body and for your mind.Getting regular exercise has been proven to help you sleep better at night, clear your head, and boost your mood. It's a great way to use up all that pent-up energy that you have in a way that's going to benefit you in multiple areas of your life.

Hello there, Came to know about your issues related to the anxiety. It appears that when ever you want to get involved in tasks , you get anxiety features. Duration of your symptoms have not been mentioned. Anxiety can be considered as a physiological phenomenon.Anxiety acts as a motivation factor to get some tasks done if it is in the normal way but it hampers if it exceeds.

Mind, thoughts and body effects are all interlinked. ie If mind gets some negative input based on previous experiences, person starts thinking about failures towards the performance of the act , resulting bodily features of the anxiety .
