I don't think you really have any problem that requires to be treated. All the symptoms are due to over thinking. Keep yourself happy. Eat and drink healthy. Include plenty of fruits and raw vegetables in your diet. This will improve your agni and keep your mind pleasant. Engage yourself in activities which you like do. It could be watching TV, Outing with friends, or traveling. If your mental health improves then your problems will be solved. Spend time with your loved ones. Meditation and prayers will help you stay connected to positive energy. After following these within few days you will notice change in yourself.
