For a few months, I've been suffering from frequent spells of anxiety, accompanied by breathing issues, nausea, trembling and shivering and crying. And I cannot seem to determine a specific reason for it. What should I do?

However we need to rule out causes of discrete anxiety like Thyrotoxicosis ,cardiac causes of anxiety or even pheochromocytoma if you have not undergone a medical assessment for these symptoms ...

From your description it seems to be ‘panic attacks’..... This can occur secondary to some stressor and sometimes without any stressor.. Still further evaluation required to decide treatment plans

Yes you seem to be having an anxiety disorder.  There is not always a reason for anxiety attacks. It is very much a treatable condition. We treat with medications and psychological therapies .
