Hi. Dont get panicked as many have these anxiety and fear issues for various reasons. People do come and get therapy for this. You probably need anxiety relieving therapy and expressive social and communication skills developed. Pls meet a psychologist directly and get necessary therapy so that u will be alright in few days or weeks. Your negativity must be reduced and fear must also removed. So have positive thinking and get guided with the help of counsellor.
