I'm having trouble of doing anything, it is not hard to focus instead it is like i'm able to focus on several things but hardly to make it done. i guess it is atelophobia, but whatver is it, it disgusts me the most.

Priortise things. Make small realistic goals and start with baby steps. Pat yourself at every goal achieved.
