I'm suffering from uncontrollable anxiety and other mental issues.. I'm right now taking clonazepalm and nexito 5.. I'm often feel shaking in my body, sometimes lose control over my body.. I'm having this issue from 2013-16.. and replaced again on Feb 2019.. I sometimes feel so anxious and panicked that I get bed ridden.. I'm feeling short of breath also.. It's becom like a endless loop of suffering. Medicines are not 100% effective..it's more of preventive or decrease in anxiety sensation than cure.. I have consultanted pyscatrists earlier. But no real cure is found..

Dose of medicine is suboptimal. You will need therapy alongside medicines.

Try to see a psychologist and use therapies that will help you with medications.

Hello. Nexito 5mg is a very small dose. Regular use of Clonazepam also may cause anxiety on withdrawal. It is unclear what the root cause of your anxiety is, as well. You would benefit from a detailed evaluation and treatment with both medications as well counselling.
