Over thinking means that either you are thinking of your past or future. Your brain is definitely not in present therefore you are finding difficulty in focussing.
You are getting anxious because your brain is thinking which is out of context to present.
So kindly ask yourself why you are doing that. If you can find answer then try to solve it your mind will stop thinking irrelevantly.
