Why can't practo be more practical about the mental health patients or anxious ones, how am I supposed to change my councellor everytime or anytime. I just came to book a session with my councellor but nope they want to give me a doctor whom I have to explain again why I'm like this and what happened all along. This thing is giving me more and more anxiety, I just want to cry, I want to tell everything but I can't have my councellors number or anything due to these so called terms and conditions of online consultation and when I try to book an appointment, boom here is a new councellor please co-operate and tell them everything again. Anyday if my councellor will see this, she will know what I'm talking about. I just wanted an appointment with you mam. Please respond if you are reading this. Namrata
