Hi sir I have the problem of anxiety like rapid heart beat while knowing normal state also rapid heart beat continues,excessive sweating, always low BP, low mood disorder always like not interested to do anything work, anger, voice tone rases to high, nagging, always in confused state please help me in it thank you
