I can't express my anger in front of everyone, but when I am alone I express that anger, and it triggers me to do harm with myself. I cant control my anger when I am alone.

Hello, Anger is the primary emotion which is experienced by all humans.To be angry is not bad but how you express it makes it good or bad.It seems that you take a lot of things inwards and then harm yourself and discharge the energy because whenever we are angry it creates an energy which needs to be channelised.Try some breathing and relaxation exercises,check out what are the triggers when you get angry,try to express your anger in an assertive way or try distraction techniques
