Proctosedyl, Anovate, Shield are some of the ointments that can be used. All of them provide temporary relief. You should consult a General Surgeon in your area for a physical examination. It can be a case of anal fissure which is partially healed. A laparoscopy Surgeon has no role in this condition.

Use a laxative like syrup duphalac 15ml at bed time. Please start the tablet rabefast XL before breakfast and before dinner. Application if proctosedyl cream to be continued. Consult a general surgeon. Adequate Hydration is a must.
