Hi doctor, I had a fistula surgery 5yrs back still I feel discomfort when I do long sitting g journey. which Antibiotic is good for anal fistula or abscess? Kindly suggest

No antibiotic will correct this if its 5 years old.get a surgeons opinion by physical examination and chwck constipation with diet and exercise to prevent future problems
