What skin problems do you get after milk consumption?
If you are not lactose intolerant,you can take other milk products which will give you equally good results.
Curd, buttermilk,paneer can be used.
In case allergic to milk,take almond milk,which is a better alternative.Rich sources of
calcium are sesame seeds,ragi,eggs to name a few.
