Hello Doctor, My age is 29 and I don't have diabetes. My query is jaggery better alternative of white sugar? Should I stop eating sugar completely and use jaggery in milk, tea and coffee. What is the best alternative of Sugar please advice. Thanks

Hi What you want to know shows you are health conscious which is good . White sugar is not good for health you can add jaggery, brown sugar and Stevia natural sugar Please avoid sugar free in your tea or coffee.

Hello user If you want to add jaggery in your diet it is good because it will help in your digestion. You can have honey in spite of white sugar. Even there is brown sugar in market it is good as compare to white sugar.
