Can a diabetic patient. with sugar levels of 115-161 have jaggery, honey and dates instead of raw sugar . Will this disturb his sugar balance

Hi thanks for your query. The mentioned products should no even consumed as these are source of high sugar. Go fully Diabetic diet even no diabetes reported. No sugar or sugar related products, may v some sugar free available in market. Go mainly simply foods without even rich,spices etc.

Jaggery no. Honey only when essential. Dates as required. Not all sugars are equal. How much get released and how much reaches blood is important. Added sugar is the worst component. Go for High lipid therapy for quick improvement of Diabetes. More ghee, butter, oil, raw vegetables, more seasonal fruits. Read more at facebook.com/CancerHerbalist
