Jaggery no. Honey only when essential. Dates as required. Not all sugars are equal. How much get released and how much reaches blood is important. Added sugar is the worst component. Go for High lipid therapy for quick improvement of Diabetes. More ghee, butter, oil, raw vegetables, more seasonal fruits.
