My stitches got opened( had it due to an accident )on 14th may but still I've swelling n a weird patch today..what do I do it pains also a bit.

In my opinion After 1 month if swelling present”Do CBC,CRP blood reports..Then after if infection present in report start antibiotics after consultation.. -Start oral ACECLOFENAC & paracetamol & serratiopeptidase tablet -LEG ELEVATION AT BEDTIME

That swelling of the foot could be due to infection or soft tissue/bone injury.Get a xray done , consult a physician in your area,you may need antibiotic ,pain reliever.Keep your leg elevated

there are 3 concerns here 1. Have you done an xray of the ankle and foot to rule out any underlying fracture and/or ligamentous injury . 2.is there any fever, warm to touch , or tenderness to rule out development of cellulitis in the affected foot. 3. If stitches are out by themselves is there any infection like blood with pus release from the site of the stitches advising medications like snacks is not the duty of a doctor rather evaluating and asking questions is . What was the date of injury and when were the stitches given? Any pus/blood discharge from the stitches? Any fever? Was Xray of your foot done? It looks like cellulitis due to infection. You need to consult a doctor physically to assess

X ray  of effected part ap n lateral view. Tab zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days.  Not to hang the leg put a chair n put your  leg  over it. At night  put three pillows under leg. How stitches open?? Strang thing.
