Bike accident (Open injury)

I met with a minor bike accident 3 days ago. Got a little rash on my knee. I have been using Sofranex, and now I have been recommended Clavullin 625 and Becosules capsules twice a day. I am wondering if this is the right medications or not. Thanks in advance.
