AFTER THAT SOAK IT WITH CLEAN CLOTHE, AND APPLY LOCALLY BETADINE OINTMENT+FUCIDIN OINTMENT IN 1:1RATIO.
YOU CAN KEEP YOUR WOUND OPEN IF AS SUCH NO BLEEDING.
DRESS THE WOUND EVERY DAY AFTER BATH.
TREATMENT
TABLET AAMOXYCLAVE625 TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS OR AS REQUIRED.(ANTIBIOTIC)
TABLET SIGMOFLAM TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS.(ANALGESIC AND ANTI INFLAMMATORY)
CAPSULE VIZYLAC ONE AT NIGHT FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS.
AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE.
NO ALCOHOL AS IT ENHANCES ACIDITY.
IF ACIDITY IS THEIR START
CAPSULE OCID-D BEFORE BREAKFAST FOR FIVE DAYS.
IT'S A BRUISE. WOUND SEEMS TO HEAL FROM OUTSIDE, BUT IT MAY BE UNDENEETH INFLAMED.
SO DRESSING PROPERLY IS VERY IMPORTANT.
PLENTY OF LIQUIDS.
CITRUS FRUITS LIKE LEMON ORANGE KIWI ETC IN ANY FORM.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You need to take a inj. TT within 6 hours of the accident.
Clean the wound with warm water and then with betadine solution.
Apply t-bact ointment over it daily.
Tab. Lyser-D twice a day after food for 3 days.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
