Adductor strain every time i play football. Used to play before with no pain whatsoever but started going to the gym competing in Powerlifting & in the gap of 1.5 years did not play any sports. Resumed playing football since a 1 month ago and every game i've played have stretched my adductor muscle to the extent where i just could not continue playing on. Frontal Movement is alright but sideways there's a sharp stretch.
Get urself trained for adductor and abductors strengthening by therabands and condition it, frequent ice packs along with modalities to decrease inflammatory if there,
